PEACOCK X FIGHT NIGHT IN THE 404 CAMPAIGN
Peacock reached out to us with a desire to elevate the premiere rollout of their limited series Fight Night: The Million Dollar Heist. The series is based on the true story of a heist that took place in the 1970s in Atlanta, Georgia, on the evening of Muhammad Ali’s comeback fight. We took it as an opportunity to highlight Atlanta (area code 404) as an American Black Mecca, and spotlight iconic and historic Black-Owned businesses in Atlanta. The twist? For one day only, customers could shop at these establishments with price points that equaled what it would have costed in 1970. I worked with our lead designer to create the store-cling creative for each establishment - a visual nod to the advertisement styles of the 1970s.
